Yep me back again to pester you for your hard earned pennies!!

I am running 13.1 miles in the Great North Run (hopefully faster than last years 1:47) again on the September 18th and along with Frankie I am looking to raise money for the stroke association. 

Please dig deep and look to help raise money for this great cause and I will run my little heart out from Newcastle to South Shields to make it all worth it..
