Thanks for taking the time to visit Gavin Sheret's memorial JustGiving page.

Gavin was my younger brother. We weren't close and hadn't spoken for over ten years. But he was my brother and we shared a room growing up for almost 15 years. He wasn't a bad man by any means. He had a good heart and loved his sons very much. He just chose a different life path to the one our family wanted to walk and that meant we travelled separate roads. That said, there is no doubt whatsoever that I could have been a better brother to him, and that's a cross I'll have to bear going forward.

So I thought it only right to mark his passing with a final act that I know his heart would approve of and support. An act that would allow people to know his name and let his legacy resonate a little louder and live a little longer in this world. An act that would add additional value to his life and allow him to leave the planet knowing his existence mattered and he is still helping people who really need his help. 

On behalf of all his family and friends, rest in peace Gavin. You had a heart of gold and that's how we'll remember you.
