Gavin Lewis is taking part in the St David's Day 10K on 28th February 2016 for Prostate Cymru. 

Gavin is also running the World Half Marathon in Cardiff on Saturday 26th March for Prostate Cymru.

A former member of the Royal regiment of Wales and the Royal Hampshire regiment, Gavin is now a healthcare worker in Theatre 1 of Princess of Wales Hospital, Bridgend. Gavin, who often works alongside Prostate Cymru's Chairman Andy Thomas, has decided to combine his New Year's resolution to get fit with fundraising for the charity.
