On September 18th 2016, I will be taking on the biggest challenge of my life by entering Ironman Wales. This fantastic event involves a 2.4 mile sea swim, a 112 mile cycle followed by a 26.2 mile marathon run, all within a 17 hour cut off time. I have entered short course triathlons before, but there's no denying this is going to push me to the limits, both physically and mentally. I have months of gruelling training ahead, and will find inspiration from the support of my wife and 3 children. Along with the fact that every stroke, pedal and step is to raise money for charity scope.

Scope exists to make this country a place where disabled children and adults have the same opportunities as everyone else. Your donation no matter how big or small, could make a make a huge change to the life of someone less fortunate than you or I. Thank you in advance.....
