On the 8th of May 2016, I will be taking part in the Etape Caledonia, a 82 mile cycle ride from Pitlochry, round 2 lochs, up and down a mountain and back to Pitlochry.

I did it last year, in torrential rain and to be honest it left me a broken man!!  Physically and mentally exhausted, I vowed I would never do it again.  Guess what!!  The painful memories have now passed and I'm determined to raise as much cash as possible for this wonderful charity.
