I am taking on this challenge to raise money for Headway Essex because I know that every penny raised will be used to help improve the lives of Adults with Brain Injury and their families and carers, when they are in desperate need of help. 

Brain Injury can happen to anyone at anytime and without support people's lives can fall apart. With your support I am going to try and smash last years time and complete the 100 miles in 5 hours and raise loads of dosh to change lives for the better!
