Thanks for having a nosey at this.

As you all know, I am not really into running (hadn't ran since school) but Stu convinced me to do this Bupa 10k run next week (03/10/11), then had the cheek to ditch me for a holiday!

I'm running for Marie Curie as they looked after my granny so well earlier this year, as well as Shirley Ann's granny and my papa a few years ago, so please support this great charity as I don't think I'll be making a habbit of this running lark!

I have been training but took most of the summer off so wouldn't say I am that prepared but will give it a go.
