It's that time of the year again where I try to raise as much money as I possibly can for a worthwhile charity. This year I will be representing the Wales Air Ambulance, who rely 100% on donations from the public.

I have been fortunate enough to never need the service provided by the Air Ambulance, but you only have to read an article or see the news on a daily basis to see the support they give to Wales on a daily basis.

It costs around £6m per year to run 3 helicopters and your kind donations will help toward this total.
