This page has been created in memory of my Grandfather John Bolton, who sadly died on Boxing Day 2009. He had suffered with his heart for some time and his wife Doris would like friends and family to make donations to The British Heart Foundation in his memory. His funeral service will be held on 15th January 2010 in Eastbourne, Sussex.

I will be running the Virgin London Marathon on 25th April 2010 in my Grandfather's memory and would be grateful for any donations you can make to the BHF.

Marathon Completed! It took me 5 hours and 5 minutes and I got overtaken by a Camel on the finishing straight. But do not fear, my pride and competitiveness kicked in and I flew past him to finish ahead! What a fantastic day and all for Grandad!
