Katy and Sarah will be running the British 10K London Run on 8th July 2012. We're not what you would call 'natural' runners. However, we are training to get fit and running on the day to raise money for an extremely worthy cause - Cancer Research.

For a second time, our father George is undergoing treatment for Hodgkin's Lymphoma - a cancer of the blood. He has an extremely positive attitude which is crucial to the process, but obviously he is very much reliant on the medical treatment he receives. So Cancer Research is a charity dear to our hearts.
