Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my just giving page
Well where do I start my story. So here I go during April Dot was feeling very short of breath and a neighbor said to contact Covid to get a test done which she did at home the nurse came in and she had signs of being anemic. She was taken into hospital for a couple of days and during this while running tests they found she had cancer. Well it was a hammer blow for all the family as you can imagine. Well she started her chemo treatment in June every 2nd week to see if it could attack the affected area which it did in some areas but the one area in the liver was being more aggressive. At the beginning of December She went to the hospital to see the Doctor who told her they was going put her on a stronger chemo if it didn’t work she would have around 3 month’s to live if it did work she could have 9 months or more to live. Well on the 14th December she went into hospital for some tests due to some complications she was having but during this stay the cancer got more aggressive. So on the 4th January we decided to bring her home from the hospital to pass away with all the family around her how she would have wanted it. Sadly that day came on Saturday 9th January at 5.25pm.
She was a great mum , a great mamma Dot, a great sister to all her sisters and brother, a great partner to me for 14 years. But most of all she was a great and caring person to everyone who had ever meet her and always had time to listen or help.
