[I may have bored some of you with this line already, but] After leaving the Army in 2005, I said I’d never run again, yet here I am with 26.2 miles to do on Sunday 21st April 2024.

I don’t enjoy running, so hopefully those of you that want to see me suffer will dig a little deeper for a great cause.

Barnado’s was the first charity I can ever recall being made aware of when I was growing up and the work they do in protecting and supporting children and young people throughout the UK is excellent but they need donations to continue doing what they do.
