As many of you know we lost Gareth last July, far too young. Having known Gareth for over 7 years and seeing each other almost daily the impact on my life was massive.

He really was a gentle giant, incredibly polite, courteous and spoke with such a deep calming voice that I can never forget and I can still hear it every day.

 He had a unique, dry sense of humour and many of his friends will remember the hilarious tails that would be emailed around on a Monday morning after his escapades from the previous weekend.

I hate running, heights, hurting myself and being cold wet and miserable. However, a group of us are doing the tough mudder challenge to remember Gareth and help raise money for MIND, the charity chosen by his Mum,Dad and Sister.
