Hi, I’m Gareth Jenkins and I've done the Tri-Windermere Triathlon!!! on Sunday 29 June 2014 to raise vital funds for two organisations - Home-Start Ryedale and Hope Central (run by ELIM ). During the past 2 years life has been difficult for me. The support of these organisations has been life changing, helping me to become a happy and successful single Dad.

The Triathlon consists of a 1500m swim (in Lake Windermere), 43k cycle and 10k run. I've never done anything like this before!
