I believe the work the NSPCC do is invaluable in protecting the most important and vulnerable people in our country: our children. The way we get started in life plays an enormous part in shaping who we become and not everyone gets the protection and nurture most of us were lucky enough to have growing up.

I'm going to give it my very best for 60 minutes on 4th October and cover as much ground as possible. This challenge is ideal for me as an hour is about as long as I can run before my back more or less packs up!
