Thanks for visiting my fundraising page in memory of my mother Mair Daniels.

So many lives are touched by Cancer and I wanted to show my support by agreeing to take part in a team challenge.

We are a group of six colleagues and friends, and we have decided to raise money for an incredibly important organisation - Cancer Research.

On 20th June 2012, we will each swim 3.5 miles (or 224 lengths of a pool).  Together we will complete a distance equivalent to crossing the English Channel. 

My mother followed and supported  my swimming career as a child. Although this was 20 years ago I can still recall her copying every stroke as if she was competing in the pool wth me :)
