We are fundraising to support the DEC Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal. 

In this time when families are being torn apart, a time of such great courage in the face of death and destruction, art seems such a frivolity. Creativity, however, is one of the things that makes us human, it allows us to communicate and to celebrate our power in the face of oppression . We would like to make it a practical force for good and use it to raise desperately needed aid funding in this European humanitarian crisis.

This is a fundraising art draw by a Newcastle based art gallery, Gallagher & Turner The draw is mainly for U.K. residents only - please read below carefully.

How it works:   Each artist has kindly and very generously donated a raffle prize of an original piece of highly collectable art worth so much more than just one ticket - please see the fantastic catalogue on our website at this address:

£10 buys you 1 x 'ticket' The more you donate, the better your chances!   The money will go directly to the DEC appeal.  At the end of the raffle, names will be drawn independently at random, and artworks chosen in draw order  IMPORTANT - feel free to donate anonymously, but be sure to enter your NAME and EMAIL ADDRESS when prompted and tick the 'I'm happy to share my contact details for the purpose of thanking me' box too so we can contact you if you win!! 

Artworks can be collected from the Gallery or we can make an arrangement to post to UK addresses at cost. If you don't live in the U.K. but still want to enter, we welcome your donation, but please note you will need to pay for any international delivery costs, should you win! Thank you for your understanding!  The raffle will run from the  12th to the 22nd of March. Winners will be contacted shortly after the draw.
