I DID IT!!...It was good fun - a big thank you to the Army Cadets who got us all down safely and thank you to everyone who sponsored me.

You will see that I intend to abseil down Norfolk Tower on March 11th in aid of EACH.

I work for MAHB Capital Ltd who own the building so I am taking part as one of MAHB's team members. No - I dont like heights and I've never done this before but I think its a great opportunity to raise money for EACH - such a worthwhile cause, whilst at the same time having the chance to do something I've always wanted to do before I die!!!

Please help me to raise lots of money for EACH.
