My nan, Rachael Samuels, was a wonderful woman who was taken from us too soon by Alzheimer's disease. She was always there for me, and I will never forget her kindness, her sense of humour, and her love of life.

I am running the Oxford Half Marathon in her memory, and I am raising money for Alzheimer's Society. I want to help find a cure for this devastating disease, so that no other family has to go through what mine did.
