Story

Hi all

This July I hit the big 5-0! To show there is life in the old dog,  I am cycling 🚴‍♂️ approximately 4,000 miles around the coast of Great Britain 🇬🇧.  I set off 14 May and finish on 2 July 2022.  I am cycling approx 100 miles a day over 7 weeks (with one day rest per week). My dad is my support driver and I have a few other riders (friends, colleagues and clients) joining me at various points along the way.  If you would like to support me, whether that be riding, socialising or offering a bed for the night please get in touch.

This is a huge challenge and one I am doing for 3 reasons:

1. To raise invaluable funds for Prostate cancer UK, to stop this disease killing men.

2. To raise awareness of Prostate Cancer - 1 in 8 men will get it - I am in a high risk group (1 in 3) as there is a history of Prostate cancer in our family.

3. To inspire and engage others to either get involved in this mad adventure or to just push themselves out of their comfort zone.

Thanks so much for your donation - it will make such a difference.
