We’re teaming up with Park Run, a national running club, to bring you a Freedom Ticket For Life run in your city ...

- 9am Saturday 9th October 2010 Leeds*, Bristol, Sheffield and Manchester  

- 9am Saturday 16th October 2010 London and Liverpool

Or a park of your choice on the Saturday of your choice.

How far: 5km

Who: Anyone

What for: The longer a girl is in education, the less vulnerable she is to being trafficked.  When she is in school, she is in a safe environment & when she finishes, the more choices she has about her future.

Take part and get sponsored to run for Freedom. The money you raise will keep girls in education & give them a Freedom Ticket For Life.

How:
3 simple steps to registration

STEP 1 : Sign up for with Park Run for the city of your choice http://parkrun.com/events/UK.aspx. 

STEP 2 : Pay your £15 registration fee on this Justgiving page.  When you sign up it is important to include the following information in the comment box

- city you’ll be running in
- project you want to donate to
- your t-shirt size

STEP 3 :  When you've registered we will send you a running pack, which includes a free STOP THE TRAFFIK t-shirt and details of where to meet on the day.
