Hi Everyone my name is Freddie,

This year I am running the 2023 London Marathon for Great Ormond Street Hospital. Every day, 619 children and young people from across the U.K. arrive at GOSH for life-changing treatment. The staff work tirelessly round the clock to help hundreds of thousands of children stand a fighting chance. 

GOSH is particularly close to my heart as when my sister was 6 years old she was admitted into Great Ormond Street where she had a life saving kidney operation. 15 years later and she is healthier than ever thanks to the amazing support from Sparks and Great Ormond Street. 

Although other children aren't as lucky as my sister was, one in three children born with a rare condition won't live to celebrate their fifth birthday.
