Together with 10 colleagues from ACCESS,collectively known as The AcceSS Wukfits  I will be doing the Tough Mudder on August 24th at Dalkeith. This is a hardcore 12 mile-long obstacle courses designed by the Special Forces to test participants all around strength, stamina, mental grit, and camaraderie (through ice water dips, electrocution, fire and of course lots of mud and general suffering). My aim is to raise £100 for the Help for Heroes charity (and to get round in one piece).
