Myself and my fellow physios are walking up Snowden in memory of our much loved and very missed friend Hannah, who we sadly lost last year. We are raising money for the mental health charity Mind. This is not only a close charity to my heart but it was also a big part of Hannah's life as well. 

Hannah loved the outdoors and walking up hills and mountains was one of her favourite things to do, so we believe that this is the perfect way to celebrate her memory.
