My official time is 55 mins 32 secs

Not the quickest but I didn't realise how much wearing a pvc suit would slow me down!! Still I had more fun this time, pictures will be posted soon.

At the end of the race I got interviewed live on Clyde!! Then had some random woman pass me 20 mins l8r saying she heard me!!

I also got a mention in the herald and evening times, brilliant

This Is It - although I'm more the King of Slop than King of Pop

I am taking part in the 2009 Great Scottish Run in Glasgow 6th September for the following reasons:

1. To raise money for Cancer Research UK, with several high profile footballers being diagnosed/died from cancer recently this was a no brainer

2. As a warm up to my good friend Donnie Kennedys stag weekend the following week

3. To beat my previous time set in 2005 of 48 mins 57 secs

4. To pay homage to the King of Pop, Michael Jackson, hee hee
