I am taking part in the Great Scottish Run 10k on September 4th to raise cash and awareness for Chest Heart and Stroke Scotland. This is a fantastic charity that helps improve the quality of life for people affected by chest, heart and stroke illness  in Scotland, through medical research, advice and information and support in the community.

My brother and sisters and I lost our much loved mum, Teresa Dunn to a heart attack on the 2nd January 2000 and i am running this 10k in memory of her. She suffered alot with chest and heart problems especially in the latter part of her life and was forced to take early retirement through this. I have witnessed at first hand how hard it is to get by with such conditions and would be grateful to you on donating much needed cash to help others in need of help.
