Dear all:

On Sunday 26th September I will be running the Berlin marathon in aid of ABF The Soldiers' Charity.  I have been training for the last four months and now hope to raise a substantial amount of money for the vital work they do.  I would be really grateful for any donation you are able to contribute. 

For the last 66 years, the ABF have provided financial assistance for serving and retired soldiers and their families. In order to continue providing this support, The Soldiers' Charity has to meet the 30% rise in applications from soldiers who have taken part in previous and current conflicts, as seen in the last two years.

These requests for assistance are set to rise significantly in the coming years as a result of Current Operations. Consequently it is the aim of The Soldiers' Charity to increase their fundraising in order to ensure they can continue to help each and every soldier who requires their help.

They depend entirely on donations and goodwill to do this, so please help me to raise as much money as possible before I set off for Berlin.
