Paul and I are running the 10k Air run next month to raise money for Alzheimer’s. It’s sadly a year since Paul’s mother died from the disease. As I’m sure most of you have been touched by it in your lives it’s the cruellest of diseases. Anything we can do to help further research into this disease we want to. Please support us. 

On a lighter note I’m sure lots of you know how competitive we can be on the running field so we’ll post finishing times too!
