Unfortunately, we all know someone affected by breast cancer but thanks to lots of research, treatments are improving. In honour of my good friend Alison Troup, who is battling the big C for the second time, we have joined together as the "Star Troupers" to raise as much as we can for walking 20 miles in the beautiful Perthshire countryside.

I'm supposed to be training but so far I've only managed two walks of about 2 miles each - only 18 to go then!
