Hey Guys n Girls,

So I will be doing the London to Brighton on the 15th June 2014 as part of the Glyn Jones team.  I will be cycling 54 miles in order to raise money for the British Heart Foundation.  

I have set myself a personal target of raising £300.00, so please do what you can to support my efforts and give whatever you can.
