Lachlan, Rowan and I are taking part in the 2023 Kilt Walk to raise money for our local scout group, 1st Rhu. Rowan is taking part in the 3 mile “Wee Wander”. Lachlan is horrified that he is too young to register for any more than 3 miles, so we will be setting off from Rhu at 4.30AM!!! and walking to the event - 14 miles in total!

Scouting has never been more important in Young People's lives. Going on camps to learn new skills and build relationships with others both locally and further afield is key to all the activities we deliver in Scouting. By helping us raise funds we can subsidise the cost of camps and other adventurous activities to allow Young People to develop #skillsforlife.
