A big thank you to everybody who has sponsored me.Just to let you know that I completed the 5k Challenge yesterday in glorious sunshine in a time of 51 minutes.  I even managed to run the last 100m!

As you may know, the early diagnosis of prostate cancer has meant that a close member of my family was able to be successfully treated and is now back to leading a full and normal life.  The support we received from prostate cancer charities during the difficult months after diagnosis was fantastic and I now wish to raise money to support them in their research and to help them in their work with other families.  Any money you can donate to sponsor me to take part in the Adidas 5k Challenge would be fantastic.  I really need as much support as I can get as it really will be a challenge for me!
