It's that time again (just before Summer?!) when I decide to go on a bit of a health kick and, for extra motivation, try to raise as much money as I can for a charity...stops me giving up if I know lovely people have given their hard-earned money to a charity close to my heart! :) This year I have chosen Alzheimer's Society, in memory of my Nana who unfortunately passed away in February. Although this wasn't the cause, she lived with this illness everyday but it never got the better of her.

So for my lovely Nana I am running the Leeds 10k on Sunday 14th July! Anyone who knows me well will know this is a big achievement for me as I am a lazy bugger!
