I am hoping to complete the Greater Manchester Marathon on 29th April 2012 to raise money for the Vanessa Riddle Appeal. 

Vanessa is 11 year’s old and has recently relapsed with Neuroblastoma, a form of childhood cancer.  Unfortunately there is no relapse treatment available in the UK hence her family need to raise over £500,000 to send Vanessa to America for potentially lifesaving treatment.  Vanessa is the niece/cousin of our good friends and neighbours the Gordon family who are working round the clock fundraising for the appeal.  I can only ask that you give as much as you can afford to help get little V to America and get her well.
