I am walking the entire length of the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path to help raise funds for the Fine & Country Foundation.

For those who don't know the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path is 186 miles long or 299 kilometers.  The cumulated ascent along the walk is said to be 35,000 feet! So to put that into context that is more than 7 marathons, while climbing the height of Everest!

and for those that know me already, you'll know I am not exactly an image of an athlete! This is a personal goal that I have wanted to achieve for some time and I feel like 2021 is the year for us all to make the most of our time and our beautiful country, so with that in mind I challenged myself to get into shape and raise some money for an amazing cause at the same time.

Any help you can give, either in the form of a donation here or by way of moral support either in person (when allowed) or via my facebook page will be really appreciated.
