Fundraising for The Film and Television Charity
Story
The world is going through huge upheaval. For some people it's business as usual - just in their PJ's working from home. For others their entire working life has been torn apart. The creative industry, specifically Film and TV, and the self employed that have given so much to it have been heavily affected.
This fund will not solve the main issues of the 170,000 who have found themselves unemployed, with no work on the horizon, pay their bills or feed themselves and their families. That is something that our Government need to fix. This JustGiving page is to support our charity, The Film and TV Charity.
They do so much but it's been their recent work on the mental health, what they are doing for the people affected by COVID-19 and their 24/7 support line for those who need to talk and figure out their situation, that needs highlighting.
The affects of this pandemic will live long past the last person has been given the all clear.
