2020s charity partner is Age UK Bradford District. The local charity offers lots of services such as support groups and signposting for older people and their carers. ACS are very excited about this partnership as there are many ways in which we can get involved and help improve peoples lives directly. Working with the local community and alongside the wellbeing and engagement team at Age UK Bradford District, ACS will be donating our time, skills and money to help older people live their best lives. The charity aims to combat loneliness and encourages community members to get active, feel empowered and supported.
