Story
During these challenging times we at Ferndale Community School are aware of the strain not seeing friends, family and peers can have on our mental health. Therefore staff, pupils and the wider community will be participating in a personal challenge through the month of February to raise awareness and funds for mental health, where all proceeds will be donated to MIND. This will in turn help your own mental wellbeing.
The challenge can be whatever you like it to be as all people have different needs and interests. Some challenges that staff are undertaking so far are;
100 press ups, sit ups and squats per day.
10,000 steps per day
Reading a chapter of a book every day.
Cycling 300 miles during the month.
These are a selection of many different challenges. Choose what you would like to do, post your challenge along with a link to this page. Good luck everybody.
