Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I'm running 10km with my Dad to raise money for AgeUK's Spread the Warmth campaign. The money will go towards helping older people keep warm during winter.

It seems unbelievable that older people suffer illness and even death simply because they cannot keep warm enough in the colder months. The cold increases the chances of suffering illnesses such as strokes, heart attacks and pneumonia. Money raised for this campaign goes towards distributing essential items such as extra clothing, heaters and blankets, as well as assistance with boiler maintenance, shopping and snow clearance.
