Story

Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatu Lahi Wa Barakatu

Ramadhan Mubarak. Hope everyone is keeping safe in this pandemic. Make the most of it. May Allah accept all your dua’s and efforts.

This fundraising page is to fundraise on behalf of my mother, Minara Begum. In 2018, my mother sadly passed away. These last few years, has been hard without her. My family and I miss her very much.

My mother was the strongest woman in our lives. She showered love and care to us and everyone amongst her. We all have lovely memories of her. There is no memory without laughter.

We would like to build wells in a developing country in my mother's name and we would also like to build a mosque, surgery and school in the near future Insha'Allah. Your contributions will support us in doing ongoing charity on behalf of my mother.

Please support and share this page. Every little helps. Jazaka'Allah Khair.

More than this, we at Ummah Hands see charity as a given duty of those who are blessed with more, towards their fellow brothers in humanity. We take our inspiration from the Islamic principles of self-sacrifice, empathy, and brotherhood, and aim to see these principles in reality through our work. Ummah Hands works by the non-discriminatory ethics of Islam, providing our facilities to people of all backgrounds, and faiths, men, women, and children. Our efforts are currently concentrated in UK and Bangladesh. In the UK our aims are:To organise, educate and enhance the development of British Muslim communities, to encourage positive contribution to British society and the promotion of social justice. We are devoted to giving the large disadvantaged population access to basic rights to clean water, food, and education. We aim to facilitate a better lifestyle for people so they become self-determining, and prosper both materially and int
