Hello there! 

Myself (Jamie), My Kid Brother Ben and Tom Mooney will be taking part in this years total warrior on August the 3rd in the Lake District .. 

What is it?

"Total Warrior is the pinnacle of obstacle racing providing the greatest courses set in the finest venues.  With 25 to 30 punishing obstacles designed alongside ex-military personnel, you get the ultimate test of strength, stamina, mental determination and teamwork. Success is about survival and not speed, so forget about breaking records and bring everything you have to cross the finish line and become a Total Warrior!"

The reason behind this is quite simple, to raise funds. We are raising funds for a charity which of course means quite a lot to us three. We're talking of the Depression Alliance. 

What Cause?

"Depression Alliance is a UK based charity providing services aimed to end the loneliness and isolation of depression. Depression Alliance also campaign to end the stigma of depression and to raise awareness of what it means to live with it."

With close relatives having to have gone through traumatic experiences with depression and anxiety, it would only be fitting to raise funds and hopefully awareness which this charity so desperately needs. 

We're asking you to give as much as possible to this cause, however much you believe we deserve to take on the 10 mile total warrior assault course, but more importantly how much you can afford to help out such an amazing charity in helping the mind set of thousands of people within the country. 

We have set out target I believe relatively low, although unknowingly how many people will be funding us. So dig deep people, and cheer us on, it's going to take some mighty effort to finish this thing!!
