It may well be a cliche, and I am certainly not the generation they had in mind, but this summer's Olympics and Paralympics really have inspired me to get off my backside and start getting fit again. What better way to do this than to work towards doing a charity run for a really worthwhile cause.
If you want to help me help Positive East to continue making a difference in the lives of East Londoners who live with HIV then this is the time to donate whatever amount you can.
Positive East's aim is to create better futures for people who live with HIV by helping them live independent lives and access vital services without fear of stigmatization. They also do all sorts of work to help stop the spread of HIV.
Every penny you can spare will be much appreciated by both Positive East and myself! After all, you will be the biggest motivator in my 'battle against the bulge'! :)
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
Thanks for your support.
