Emily and I are running the Regents Park 10K on Sunday 2nd September to raise money for Cancer Research UK and to prove we can run further and faster at 24 than we could at 20.

Cancer is always unpleasant, but this year it's been a particularly personal concern for many of our loved ones. I ran the Race for Life (5k) at the beginning of June, but held off fundraising so that I could combine it with this event, so aside from any personal reasons I just owe Cancer Research some fundraising effort, so please donate whatever you can.
