Story
Did you know? Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) is the most common condition you have never heard of.
I am Sarah-Jane a 23-year-old and I live with a long-term condition called Functional Neurological Disorder (FND). I struggled with symptoms for several years and nobody knew what was wrong with me until I meet a neurologist that specialized in FND. I had four months of rehabilitation to regain mobility and two years on I have learned ways to manage my diagnosis.
I want to give hope to someone else by raising awareness, so hopefully, in the future, others get a quicker diagnosis. This event will be in conjunction with FND Hope who aims to unite people diagnosed with FND.

The aim of the event is to raise awareness of FND by educating you through talks. The event will also include a raffle, a prize for the best outfit, and a led mindful movement session, of course, it is optional to take part. A leaflet will be emailed to you shortly confirming the events of the day.
I invite you to indulge and set up an afternoon tea vibe in your own home or garden, use table linen, pretty teapots, and cups, and even cake stands filled with little finger foods, and of course, bring a range of tea or any beverage you like.
