Story
On FDAMH's 40th Birthday on the 16th June 2021, our staff team will be splitting into groups to do their best to clock up as many steps as they can around Falkirk and Bo'ness - we're hoping the sun shines! Look out for their FDAMH T-Shirts and do give them a wave!
Please help them on their way by making a donation! Your fundraising will help get the next 40 years off to a great start.
Did you know every year approximately 1 in 70 adults in Falkirk District use FDAMH's services? If you live or work in the area its more than likely that you have a family member, friend, colleague, fellow student, or employee that's had support from the team at FDAMH.
Back in 1981 a small determined group of local people, seeing the loneliness experienced by people with mental health problems, set up a lunch club to provide support, companionship and a safe space to those in need. FDAMH's services have grown a lot since then!
But what hasn't changed is that FDAMH is an independent charity, wholly dependent on obtaining all it's own funding through support from the statutory sector, grant-making bodies and the generous donations of our community.
That's why your support is so vitally important. Thank you.
