Hot Women FC is hosting a fundraising tournament and match tea in the pub afterwards to raise awareness and some cash for Afghan refugees who have had to flee their country with nothing and are starting their lives from scratch in this country. 

The television pictures that we watched as the crisis at Kabul airport intensified were heartbreaking. Hot Women FC aims to raise money to help settle the people that were able to escape to this country. We want to stand up and welcome them. Hopefully, our fundraising will go a little way to providing some of the essentials that families will need to get themselves set up and start rebuilding their lives.
