Story
As many of you know, I have one kidney that is about half the size of the other and it has caused me lots of pain and lots of problems! I have been an out-patient at Poole paediatrics department for about 6 years. I have been an in-patient (when my kidney was being really naughty) and although I am OK at the moment, it's looking like I may have to stay under their care for a very long time to come. I expect many of you have received some care from Poole hospital too, so I've decided to give something back.
I am climbing Mount Snowdon 31/05/13 and I am only 10!! Lots of people think climbing Snowdon is easy, but how many of you have done it? How many of you did, or would have done it when you were only 10 years old? Did you know that Mount Snowdon claims the life of around 3 climbers a year? Doesn't sound so easy now does it?! I am not asking you to sponsor me hundreds of pounds, but any amount you can will be very gratefully received by me and by Poole Hospital (plus I really need to raise more than my brother did when he climbed for his chosen charity...it's a sibling rivalry thing).
