Story

As a keen traveller, Machu Picchu has been on the top of my bucket list for a while. Unfortunately, COVID disrupted my travels so, I decided to go to university.  Whilst attending my freshers fair, I saw this opportunity and could not say no.

This trek will be in aid of WWF-UK; I would really appreciate your support. The work that this charity does is so beneficial in protecting and conserving the flora, fauna and landscapes or our planet.

I have witness the effects of climate change including the bleached coral reefs in Australia, Blue Mountains coated in thick smoke and trees burnt and smouldering near to Hervey Bay. Nothing could have been more eye-opening and has pushed me to take an interest in persevering our planet.

As a tourism student, I would particularly love for our future generations to have the same opportunities I've had to see so much of our beautiful Earth.
