My wonderful mother has advanced dementia. My father brings her to our house every day for lunch, and they stay with us till it's time to go to bed. I am so glad we can be close and support each other, and I feel very keenly for all families who are living with dementia in far harder circumstances. Coronavirus is confusing enough for all of us who don't have dementia; it must be unimaginably strange for those that do. 

So that's why I'm lacing up my trainers and taking on Run for Dementia. Please donate to support me and ensure Alzheimer's Society can be there for the people who need them most.
