Story
Im taking part in Peters commute (a 6 mile sponsored walk before school on Friday 24th June) to raise money for the charity Makomboreo, which funds scholarships for A level students from some of the most deprived areas in Zimbabwe. This walk is inspired by the story of an A level student from Zimbabwe, Peter, who has to walk 15 miles to get to school, and then 15 miles after school to get back home. The charity does amazing work to help young people in the same situation. In the UK we all know how important education is, and many of us will just take for granted that we can have an education. Please donate now and make secondary education for a young Zimbabwean possible.
